high-quality appliances well furnished long queue few staff
the rooms looked clean and modern (i'm not easily impressed). everything seemed to be furnished well with high-quality appliances.
check-in took what seemed like forever. i saw four desks, but only two staff members and a really long queue. i was coming from a long flight, and i definitely didn't appreciate the wait.

Service Issues Detracted From the Stay
membership id problem no refunds
The location provided easy access to many restaurants and getting around was simple.
I was frustrated that I could not add my membership ID during check-in. This policy makes no sense. Most hotels and airlines allow this, but not here. I had to change my stay due to an emergency and fly back two nights before my original checkout date. The hotel would not allow early checkout and refused to refund me for the unused nights.

The location is excellent near the heart of the area. The gym has several treadmills and stationary bikes allowing for a good workout. The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape, perfect after a day exploring. The staff were always available to help.
Soundproofing could be improved. Street noise was noticeable in my room..

The studio beautiful kitchenette had a small kitchen with a filtered water tap. The room also included a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with separate sinks. It was modern. The room size was ample.

Public transportation is reachable within a short walk. This made getting around simple. The hotel is situated close to restaurants, cafes, and bars providing options. The mrt station is less than five minutes away.

The hotel rooftop pool has great temperature and a lovely view. The laundrette facilities were convenient, especially for a longer stay. The gym had several machines and free weights for a comprehensive workout.

poor service missing items
the location was acceptable , near public transport.
the customer service was AWFUL. i booked a studio beautiful kitchenette, but it lacked basic items like cups and glasses for all guests. we had to repeatedly call to get these things delivered , which was inconvenient. also , the room wasn't properly cleaned one day until late afternoon , which disrupted our plans.

Fantastic Location and Great Amenities
easy location great facilities excellent service full support
I really loved the hotel location. It was super easy to find. The facilities were also great. I received an email from the hotel about my necklace before I even noticed it was missing. They fully supported shipping it to the Netherlands which was unexpected I appreciate this excellent service. The team was pretty good!
The street noise was audible from my room. It did make it slightly difficult to fall asleep.

The rooms are a great size plus you get access to a microwave which is always welcome. Access to laundry facilities is also beneficial. Modern rooms were clean and very stylish so a great impression overall when you first arrive.

Breakfast boasts mind-blowing choice with good food from various cultures. There were many local dishes available too. The hotel offers also your typical US breakfast which is nice to see.

All staff were polite including the helpful concierge. I found the team professional plus they handled my lost necklace situation so well. Bagage storage was available plus the option to shower upon bagage collection, a really nice touch

The rooftop pool is long and cooled, perfect for a refreshing dip. I also found a nice gym with all of the essential equipment for a good workout. DIY laundry services were a great convenience for longer stays.

The staff were efficient and attended to all my requests quickly.
Check-in WAS slow I waited in a long line. My room was noisy the sounds from the street kept ME awake.
